1. Who we are
The controller of your personal data is NEATANCE PROSTA SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA, ul. Puławska 12/3, 02-566 Warszawa, Poland, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under no. 0000965566 by the Sąd Rejonowy dla m.st. Warszawy w Warszawie, XIII Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego, NIP 5213963854, REGON 521737125 (“NEATANCE”, “we”).
For anything related to your data, write to business@neatance.com or by post to the address above. We have not appointed a data protection officer.
2. What we process and why
When you write to us
If you contact us by e-mail at business@neatance.com, we process your name, e-mail address, company and role, and whatever else you choose to include, in order to reply and to discuss a possible engagement.
- Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in business correspondence with you or the company you represent (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- How long: for as long as the conversation needs, and afterwards until any related claims become time-barred. If a contract follows, we keep the data for its term and for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
When you visit the site
Like any web server, ours records technical data about each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and browser and operating system details.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure, available and free of errors (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- How long: up to 30 days, or longer only if needed to investigate a specific security incident.
We do not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking, and we do not build profiles of visitors. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so visiting the site does not send your data to third parties.
3. Who receives your data
We share data only with providers who help us run the site and our business — hosting, e-mail and IT services, and legal or accounting advisers — under contracts that bind them to protect it and use it only on our instructions (art. 28 GDPR). We disclose data to public authorities only where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
4. Transfers outside the EEA
Some IT providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens we rely on a European Commission adequacy decision (such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or on the Commission’s standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for a copy of the relevant safeguards.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it (art. 15);
- have inaccurate data corrected (art. 16);
- have your data erased (art. 17) or its processing restricted (art. 18);
- data portability, where processing is based on a contract or consent (art. 20);
- object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interests, on grounds relating to your particular situation (art. 21);
- withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent, without affecting what was done before.
To exercise a right, write to business@neatance.com. We reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl.
6. Other information
Providing your data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply to you. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling (art. 22 GDPR).
How the site uses cookies and similar storage is described in our cookie policy. We may update this policy when our services or the law change; the current version is always published on this page.
